荆楚网消息 (楚天都市报) （记者李力力实习生洪灵芝姜敏）在小区停车，车主交了停车费，当车子受损后，物业有没有责任？
市民易先生介绍，前日上午，他驾车前往光谷软件园中路10号清江山水二期小区探望亲友，把车子停在规划车位内。中午，他准备开车出去吃饭，突然一个矿泉水瓶从天而降，砸到车子顶部，瓶子里还有半瓶水，易先生的车顶被砸出一个小坑。经咨询，车辆修理费在1000元左右，而保险公司最多只能赔偿140元左右。
易先生认为，自己交了停车费，又因找不到肇事者，物业应该承担部分责任。
对此，清江山水物业中心的张经理表示，物业收取的停车费是用于场地设备的管理和服务，并不包括车辆的管理与安全。高空抛物是人为的突发行为，物业无法控制，因此，物业没有责任。

今天是保利十二橡树装饰监理工地开工的日子，我和监理莫工在查验房屋的时候，发现了一件巧夺天工的建筑艺术品，第一次见到这么有特点的建造艺术，完成这件艺术品的，正是这一群忙碌的蜂，蜂的品种我们不认识，于是那其相机咔咔拍了几张，给大家分享一下。

木工材料已回，现场水平线及吊顶施工线已弹，明日设计师现场交底；
针对木工特点应注意以下几点质量问题：
1.吊顶标高300mm间距是否过低，应与业主商定后再施工；
2.鞋柜内强弱电箱体应分开安装，线路用硬管pvc穿线；
3.鞋柜背板应采用木芯板涂刷清漆再挂网粉刷；
4.沙发背景墙无木龙骨石膏板垂直度，平整度应符合规范；
5.材料品牌，质量符合约定，但木方、白木湿气重，应晾干或更换后再施工；
6.上次阳台排水管翻水未整改到位，所有排水孔未临时封闭；
7.厨房及书房门洞木基层过梁预算掉项；
8.防水工人已将主、客卫生间墙面防水已做；

2、卫生间洗面盆下水更改走向，未用弯头配件连接，必须整改，但整改后地面全抬高20~30mm，客户已认可地面抬高；
3、次卧墙面黄腊管更换PVC管；
4、总空开箱回路线汇集处用黄腊管转弯应整改为PVC弯管；
5、卫生间所有铁三角阀应与等电位连通；
以上整改项目施工人员已确认并同意整改；
